When we come together in circle, it’s a feeling of coming home and remembering that we don’t have to do life alone.

Each month, I hosts a Women’s Circle with Cacao at The Wellness Studio in Ayr.

This is a space for connection, a time to share, listen and reflect with other women, where all of you is welcome and to be met exactly where you are.

You will be guided on a beautiful meditation, experience ways to help reset your nervous system and explore ways to deepen connection with self, through journaling and somatic work. There will then be some time for shares and reflections with each other. There is no pressure to share within the circle though, if you want to just be in the space, listen and receive, that is also welcome.

You will also get to experience Cacao, which is the purest form of chocolate and is a beautiful way to open the heart and connect deeper to your intuition.
